1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using getfound.now ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

getfound.now provides lead generation websites for local service businesses on a subscription basis. We build and maintain websites optimized for Google, AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini), and AI-powered search results, and forward incoming leads (phone calls, form submissions) to subscribers.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• All subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle.
• Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial months, except as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Lead Delivery

We make reasonable efforts to generate and forward leads to your business. However, we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, call volume, or conversion rate. Lead volume depends on market conditions, seasonality, and competition.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information (name, phone number, email, service area).
• Respond to forwarded leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain valid licensing and insurance for services you provide.
• Do not use getfound.now-generated leads for spam, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, code, and branding created by getfound.now remain our property. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to receive leads from your assigned market during your active subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

getfound.now is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay. Upon termination, lead forwarding stops and your market becomes available to other subscribers.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
