We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your first month — no questions asked.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to any getfound.now plan and are not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund of your first month's payment. This guarantee applies to new subscribers only.
How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@getfound.now within 30 days of your first payment.
- Include your business name and the email associated with your account.
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.
After the First 30 Days
After the initial 30-day guarantee period:
- Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contracts.
- You may cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are issued for partial months after the guarantee period.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you'll continue receiving leads until then.
Plan Changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles).
- Violation of our Terms of Service.
- Fraudulent activity or chargebacks.
